Experience as a Dance Teacher:
36 years of experience as a dance teacher and since 30 years has rendered her classical dance (Bharathanatyam) teaching services to students of her own school situated across Mangalore, Moodabidri and Karkala.

She has lent her expertise by being an Examiner for dance exams held annually by The Karnataka Board of Examinations.

Under her guidance, more than a thousand students have qualified themselves with the highest ranks in junior,senior as well as the vidwat examinations.

Arangetram/Guruwandana:
Several of her students have given various stage performances and as a sign of utmost respect have dedicated a performance to her called the Guruwandana. Following are some of her students who under her tutelage have excelled in the field of dance:

Vidushi Sreelatha Nagaraj, Shubha Prashanth Bangalore, Shobith Satish Puttur, Bharathi Suresh, Manjula Subrahmanya, Dr. Sumedha Ballal, Shamali Ghate, Artha Perla, Swarna Gowri Joshi, Reshma Karkala, Captain Agnes Prafulla Menezes Karkala, Pavithra Ravi Chennai etc.

Her students have also become Bharathanatyam teachers, they are Vidushi Srilatha Nagaraj, Dharati Suresh (Sharadha Natyalaya Hosabettu), Sumangala Ratnakar (Natyaradhana Mangalore), Manjula Subrahmanya, Shobith Satish, Puttur, Suman Raj Bandhekar, Bangalore, Seema Bangalore

On Vidushi Sharadamani’s list are also Renuka Bhat, Shilpa Jain, Sarala Prabhu, Shamali Ghate, who now have become International dance teachers of Bharathanatyam.

Dance Choreographies:
She has choreographed Patriotic dance recital with a performance count of about 175, named Rashtradevobhava
– Satyana Purata Siri by Someshwar which had about 250 and odd performances.
– Dance form by Sediyapu Krishna Bhat named ‘Punya Lahari Shabari’ which also staged more than 300 items.
– Finally, a dance composition based on D.R.Bendre’s poems,’Kuniyona Bara’,Manmatha Dahana,Sri Krishna Paryatha, Navarasa, Ashtalakshmi and so on.

Prominent Dance Performances:
Comprises of Amerikannadotsava, Hampi utsava, Lakkundi utsava, Chalukya utsava, International Kannada Meet, Belgaum, District litrerary Meets, Abbaka utsav, Madikeri Dance utsav, Alvas Virasat, Alvas Nudisiri, Kannada Sangha Mumbai, 66th Indian Kannada Litrerary Meet, Mumbai Bansuri Cultural Stage at several places like Pune, Nasik, Shirdi and also in few parts of Kerala. In almost all the Nagamandalothsavas in the coastal region of Mangalore, In Brahma Kalashotsava more than a 1000 programmes were given.

Television Programmes:
On behalf of Deepavali, Tulunadu Tudar Parba was broadcasted .Several group performances were also given.To add on to the fame, about 18 students are seleceted as TV artists. She has also been selected as a member of Kalidasa Purakshara Prashasti initiated by the government of Madhya Pradesh.

Service to Society:
Her compassion and gratitude are seen in her dedicated and selfless service to her Guru, Shantala Award Winner, Vidhwan Muralidhar Rao (92 years). She takes care of him as her own father in her house.

She conducts free dance classes for students from the economically weaker sections who live and breathe dance. For students who really dream of it and are not able to perform due to various reasons,
She gives them the opportunity to perform in Rangapravesha

At Sanatana Natyalaya, several camps on Bhagavadgita recital, Sadguna Vikas camps and Maatr Samskar camps are conducted quite frequently. Free yoga classes are also conducted.
